Spicy Cold Silken Tofu
Silken tofu straight from the fridge is cool, delicate, and incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for warm days. What I love most is how well it absorbs flavor, every bite is soft, silky, and coated in a bold, savory sauce. The best part is that this dish comes together in minutes with pantry staples and requires no cooking at all.
