Instructions
Carefully remove the silken tofu from the package and drain any excess liquid.
Slice the tofu into thick pieces and gently transfer to a serving plate.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Spoon the sauce evenly over the tofu.
Top with scallion greens and cilantro. Serve immediately.
