I love making this on days when I want something cozy but low-effort. Everything comes together in one pot, with simple ingredients and just a few minutes of your time. Frozen soup dumplings make this recipe especially convenient, they cook right in the broth while it simmers, so there’s no separate pan or extra cooking step. As they cook, the dumplings stay tender and juicy inside while soaking in the savory miso flavors of the stew.
