shiitake mushrooms

frozen pork soup dumplings

baby bok choy

Instructions
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and the white parts of the scallions. Sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the water or broth, then stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
Add soy milk, soy sauce and white pepper, stirring to combine.
Add red chilies, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and frozen soup dumplings. Cover and let simmer for 6 minutes.
Add the halved bok choy, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through.
Garnish with scallion greens and serve hot.
