Brown Sugar Boba
Making brown sugar boba at home is one of those projects that feels surprisingly rewarding. The process of shaping the tapioca pearls can get a little messy, but once they turn glossy and chewy, everything comes together. The brown sugar syrup gives them that deep caramel flavor you expect from a good boba shop, and poured over cold milk, it becomes a drink that’s both comforting and satisfying. It’s a fun, hands-on treat that tastes even better when you’ve made it yourself.
