block soft tofu

dried seaweed

Instructions
In a small pot, add the water and dashi powder. Stir until the dashi powder dissolves.
Bring the mixture to a light simmer, then immediately turn off the heat.
Add the miso paste, using a small strainer to help dissolve it.
Add the cubed tofu and dried seaweed. Stir gently for about a minute until the seaweed rehydrates.
Garnish with chopped scallions and serve warm.
