Instructions
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until chewy. Reserve some noodle water.
In a bowl, combine garlic, sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, and ¼ cup hot noodle water. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the cooked noodles and toss until fully coated in sauce.
Top with crispy tofu, an extra drizzle of chili oil, scallions, and crushed peanuts.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
