Soup Dumplings with Gochujang Soy Glaze
Crispy, juicy, and coated in a spicy-sweet glaze for the perfect quick bite. Bold flavor, minimal effort, and ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 10 frozen soup dumplings
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Gochujang, Korean chili paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp scallion greens
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen dumplings and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Pour in water, enough to submerge the dumplings halfway. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the water almost evaporates.
- In a bowl, combine Gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, sugar, and scallion greens. Mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked dumplings and enjoy!
