Chicken Tikka Masala Tacos
These Chicken Tikka Masala Tacos are a fun way to switch up taco night with crispy chicken coated in a rich, flavorful tikka masala sauce. I like piling them into warm flour tortillas with plenty of fresh lettuce, crunchy red cabbage, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to balance out the richness of the chicken. They’re colorful, full of different textures, and easy enough to put together for a quick weeknight dinner.

- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the toppings by chopping the lettuce, thinly slicing the red cabbage and jalapeño, dicing the red onion, and picking the cilantro leaves.
- Warm the flour tortillas using your preferred method until soft and pliable.
- To assemble each taco, add a layer of green leaf lettuce to a warm tortilla followed by the tikka masala chicken.
