Spicy Mini Hot Pot
Traditional hot pot is usually a shared meal centered around a large pot of simmering broth, with everyone cooking their own meats, vegetables, noodles, tofu, and other ingredients right at the table. It’s meant to be shared, but smaller personal-sized hot pots have become increasingly popular when you want the same cozy experience without the full setup. Everything can be cooked together in one little pot, making it a quick and easy way to satisfy a hot pot craving while still getting that warm, bubbling hot pot feeling.
