Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stalk scallion, white and green parts separated
- 2 tbsp sesame sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- 8-10 frozen soup dumplings
- Chili oil, sesame seeds, and scallion greens (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a soup pot over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and the white parts of the scallion. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring until fragrant.
- Stir in the sesame sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water or broth until well combined.
- Carefully add the frozen soup dumplings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chili oil, sesame seeds, and the sliced scallion greens. Serve hot.
