Instructions
Heat the oil in a soup pot over medium heat.
Add the garlic and the white parts of the scallion. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring until fragrant.
Stir in the sesame sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water or broth until well combined.
Carefully add the frozen soup dumplings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chili oil, sesame seeds, and the sliced scallion greens. Serve hot.
