Soup Dumplings with Gochujang Soy Glaze

Crispy, juicy, and coated in a spicy-sweet glaze for the perfect quick bite. Bold flavor, minimal effort, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients
 

  • 10 frozen soup dumplings
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang, Korean chili paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp scallion greens

Instructions
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen dumplings and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  2. Pour in water, enough to submerge the dumplings halfway. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the water almost evaporates.
  3. In a bowl, combine Gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, sugar, and scallion greens. Mix well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked dumplings and enjoy!
