Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Egg Yolk
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp Grated Garlic
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Korean Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
Vegetables
- 1 Carrot Cook with 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Zucchini Cook with 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups Bean Sprouts Mix with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 4 cups Spinach Cook with 1/2 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Kimchi
Instructions
- Combine and mix the seasoning sauce in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink.
- Add the seasoning sauce mixture and mix well. Let it cook for an additional 3 minutesuntil fragrant. Transfer out and set aside.
- Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 30 seconds and rinse them under cold water. Sason with salt, sesame oil, garlic and fish sauce.
- Cook spinach, zucchini, and carrots in a skillet until wilted about 1-3 minutes.
- Place cooked rice in a bowl, add assorted vegetables, ground beef and egg yolk on top. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.Mix everything and serve!
