Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Seasoning Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Grated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Korean Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil

Vegetables

  • 1 Carrot Cook with 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Zucchini Cook with 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups Bean Sprouts Mix with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 4 cups Spinach Cook with 1/2 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi

Instructions
 

  • Combine and mix the seasoning sauce in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the beef is no longer pink.
  • Add the seasoning sauce mixture and mix well. Let it cook for an additional 3 minutesuntil fragrant. Transfer out and set aside.
  • Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 30 seconds and rinse them under cold water. Sason with salt, sesame oil, garlic and fish sauce.
  • Cook spinach, zucchini, and carrots in a skillet until wilted about 1-3 minutes.
  • Place cooked rice in a bowl, add assorted vegetables, ground beef and egg yolk on top. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.Mix everything and serve!
